Basic First Aid Specialists

Immediate Support When Every Minute Counts

Our Basic First Aid Specialists provide compassionate, on-site support for common, non-life-threatening injuries and wellness concerns that may occur during events and public gatherings. Trained in nationally recognized programs such as CPR/AED, First Aid, Stop the Bleed, Bloodborne Pathogen awareness, and scene safety, our team serves as a visible, reassuring resource for guests and staff who may need assistance.

We focus on early recognition, prevention, and stabilization — offering the right level of support while ensuring emergency medical services are activated when needed. Our approach is grounded in safety, calm communication, and professionalism.

What We Do

Our Basic First Aid Specialists are prepared to assist with:

• Minor cuts, scrapes, and bruises
• Hydration support and heat-related discomfort
• Cold exposure concerns
• Fainting or dizziness
• Allergic reactions (non-anaphylactic)
• Basic bleeding control
• Comfort and reassurance
• Coordination with EMS when required
• Incident reporting and safety documentation

We also help monitor crowd safety conditions and identify early signs of distress to prevent avoidable emergencies.

Basic First Aid Training

All team members are certified in CPR/AED, Basic First Aid, and Stop the Bleed, and receive training in privacy awareness, incident reporting, bloodborne pathogen safety, and scene safety/risk awareness. Supervisors and advanced staff may complete Emergency Medical Responder (EMR) training, FEMA ICS-100/200, Mental Health First Aid, and disability awareness and patient-rights education to support inclusive, coordinated response.

Not a Replacement for EMS — A Trusted Partner

Our team does not diagnose conditions or replace paramedics, firefighters, or medical providers. Instead, we act as the first layer of compassionate support, helping stabilize minor issues and quickly connecting individuals to higher-level care when necessary.

This collaborative approach ensures guests receive the right help at the right time — without delay.
